    2. How many pieces of luggage am I allowed to bring?

    Your ticket permits one personal item and all checked bags will incur a fee. All baggage that incurs a fee will have to be paid directly to the airline. For specific luggage details and fees please consult your airline website: American Airlines, United, Delta

    4. Is it possible to pay for an upgraded seat?

    Yes, you can pay extra for an upgraded seat provided that upgraded seats are available. The air department will need your credit card to pay for the upgraded seat at the time of the request. In addition to the cost of the upgrade All upgrades will incur a $40.00 processing fee per ticket.

    5. Can I use airline miles to upgrade my seat?

  • Transportation:

    14. Will transportation be provided to and from the airport?

    Yes, your transportation has been arranged to and from the resort on the dates of group arrival and departure. Any additional transportation requests will incur an extra charge. Transportation for those doing pre or post nights is not included

  • Check-In & Check-Out:

    15. What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 PM.

    16. Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

    17. What identification is required at check-in?

    A valid passport and a credit card for incidentals are required.

    18. Are there any age restrictions for guests?

    The resort is adults-only, typically for guests 18 years and older.

    19. Can I check in if I arrive before 3 PM?

    Early arrivals may store luggage and use resort facilities while waiting for your room.

Heritage and its’ affiliates act only as an agent for the services furnished as such. Heritage does not provide liability insurance for protection of individuals who may participate in the trip program. Participant’s hereby release Heritage from any lost, cost, injury, expense or damage to persons or property which results directly or indirectly from any act, whether negligent or otherwise, of commission or omission (including but not limited to delays) of any person, firm or corporation which provides products or services in connection with the trip; including but not limited to transportation services, lodging, food and beverage, excursions, sightseeing, luggage handling, tour guiding or escorting.

NOTE: U.S. citizens must present a valid passport book for this trip. Allow up to eight weeks to obtain a new or renewed passport. Your passport MUST have at least six (6) months validity from the date you will be returning to the United States.
